The last week was a big week for us Villhauers. Not only did our little girl turn one (I KNOW! Where did the last year go?!) and not to take away from that incredible milestone, but we also became the proud owner of this little

Since we don’t currently have a house to work on daily, and we now have some “free time,” I figure I’d use some of this time to write a post or two on miscellaneous projects. Back in February, right around the time Landon turned 3,

Here We Go Again!

Well, we’re officially under contract on our next project house! We already had the home inspection and just got notice that the house appraised. So, as long as the owners follows through on what they agreed to fix based on findings during the home inspection, then we’re due to close in just under 2 weeks.

This house is only about 15 minutes from our last home and in an area where Pavlo and I lived when we first got married. We loved the area then and always hoped to move back, so we were thrilled when the opportunity presented itself.

Once the house is officially ours (fingers crossed) I’ll do another post to “introduce” you all to our newest project. Actually, our newest set of projects! Yup, it’s a much older house (like almost our grandparents’ age kind of old) so it definitely needs some work. However, until we sign on the dotted line I’ll just leave you with this picture of the next house we make into a home.
