Who we are

One Home Made is a blog that was created, and is written, solely by Stephanie and Pavlo Villhauer (“us” or “we). Stephanie and Pavlo do not claim that their means, methods, and suggestions are error proof or the only means by which to accomplish an end result for specific projects. They’re merely how Stephanie and Pavlo approach it and what works for them and their particular situations. One Home Made cannot be held responsible for the outcome of your home improvement projects or your personal safety. Extra precautions and additional research are always advised before starting your own projects.

One Home Made is a for profit blog. It contains paid banner advertisements that are generated by Google Adsense. This site also includes relevant affiliate links through the Amazon Associates Program and merchants associated with CJ Affiliates. These links are found both in the content of the blog posts and pages, as well as in the sidebar. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at absolutely no additional cost to you. Currently, none of the posts are sponsored, but should that change, it will be clearly disclosed in that post.

One Home Made reserves the right to remove, replace, or move any images or content without prior announcement. Any photos that are not exclusively those taken by One Home Made will be credited and linked to their outside sources and are believed to be in public domain and readily available on the Internet (published according to the U.S. Copyright Fair Use Act, title 17, U.S. Code). Any photos not credited to an outside source have been taken by One Home Made and are rights protected. Failure to link back and credit the One Home Made site as their source constitutes a copyright violation. If you choose to use an image that is the property of One Home Made, credit and link the image back to the site. If you’d like to use multiple photos, please contact One Home Made for permission. Duplicating any of the site’s text, even if it’s credited, is prohibited. Instead please summarize and link (or just simply link) back to the source of the information.
